After making effort through the web of finding drivers, with no luck, the guy at Wal-mart gave me instruction I wasn't able to follow very well, on how to find the missing drivers. With a little exasperation I decided the only way I was going to get any satisfaction was to take it to the shop, at $85 dollars an hour. Needless to say I found a new printer for $50 and installed it. The only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't print the header with URL address and date. Thanks for your suggestion.
