I remember watching Mahalia Jackson singing on TV in the 1960's.. I remember her but not singing that song. I do remember the guy on Lawrence Welk that sang The Holy City. My wife can't stand him. pk

I remember watching Mahalia Jackson singing on TV in the 1960's.. I remember her but not singing that song. I do remember the guy on Lawrence Welk that sang The Holy City. My wife can't stand him. pk I know which guy your wife can't stand singing on the Lawrence Welk Show...he was a tenor. I couldn't stand him either!!! LOL
